Eagerly awaiting...
For those of you in the Seattle area, don't miss the upcoming PNB production of Romeo & Juliette. There is a dress rehearsal scheduled for Jan 30th at 7pm at McCaw Hall. You can purchase tickets at the box office. Please note that the content of this ballet may be inappropriate for young children.

Oops - I guess it was Novell who I should have been addressing my last comments to. FYI, this R&J uses the Prokofiev music, not the Tchaikovsky that is in PNB's other R&J.

FYI to Nicole, this is not the "Romeo & Juliet" that PNB has presented in the past. This is the West Coast premiere of a production originally choreographed by Jean-Christophe Maillot for Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo.

This is very enticing! We are actually going to see Pagliacci at Macaw Hall tonight. I enjoy the ballet but Dave prefers musicals and the symphony, tonight will be his first opera. Maybe I'll see if a girlfriend wants to go to R&J w/me... thanks for the heads up! Hope you have a chance to get outside today! It's beautimous.

This is one of my absolute favorite PNB productions!!! It's been a couple of years for me since I last saw it so the set may have changed and been updated a bit. Thanks for the heads up!!!
