I'm leaving on a jet plane...
OK. It's not for another 6 weeks but I am super excited! I will be visiting The Paper Garden Boutique in Sacramento, CA to teach SIX classes in early April. If you live in the area, it would be fun to meet you so hop on over to Stephanie's blog to see the schedule!
I visited The Paper Garden during last year's A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA event and was completely amazed. Stephanie has the *best* selection of goodies in her store. I could easily go broke there. I can't wait to visit and soak up some of that California sunshine - although I'm not sure I'll get outside much with all those classes. Yikes!
Other news...
Director's Choice
I have had many requests to post about upcoming PNB Dress Rehearsals. For those of you in the Seattle area mark, your calendars for Wednesday, March 12th at 7pm. This next performance is called Director's Choice and consists of 4 ballets. Tickets for the dress rehearsal are $20 - best deal in town!
2009 Calendar
I have had many requests to create a 2009 calendar. I just wanted to let you know that I will begin working on this soon. If you have any improvement feedback on last year's calendar, please let me know!
I do have a question for YOU! Many people suggested that I raise the price from $3 so they could make a larger donation to Scleroderma Research (recipient of 100% of the sales from the A Muse 2008 Calendar). Please tell me, would you pay $5 for this little Calendar project?
Have a beautiful day!

I, also, would pay $5 for the calendar, as it benefits a good cause, and will help us go GREEN utilizing more of our stamping supplies! LOL

HI Linda - yes, $5 would be NO problem for the great calendar project!

I would say $5 is quite reasonable, especially if you offer more in advance. Last year I already had all my Christmas presents finished by the time you offered it.

I would certainly pay $5.00 for the calendar. This is a small donation in return for a great stamping activity. Thanks Linda!

I would ABSOLUTELY pay 5.00! I agree with Riza...is it possible to get it earlier? I purchased the last one, but never used it yet. But, thats o.k. because it went for a good cause even if I don't use it. Thanks so much for offering it again! :)

This is near and dear to my heart (father-in-law has Scleroderma) so I definitely would pay 5.00. This is such an awesome project! Thanks so much! So wish that some neat a muse or Elzybells classes/events would make it to Alabama!

Linda, I'm SO glad you are contemplating raising the price for the calendar! Even at $5.00, it's a bargain! And thanks for getting it out early this year!

It's me, again, Riza. Would it be possible to get this calendar early before we all get busy w/ the holidays?
Posted by: Riza Almanza | Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 11:14 AM
I would pay $5 for it since I can reprint so many times over. Calendars out there usually more than $5 for only 1.

I would pay $5 for the calendar. I don't have a lot of time at the end of the year (so didn't buy this year's calendar), but I have made independent donations to scleroderma, after learning about it here. HTH.

Hi Linda! I'm *SOOOOOO* excited. I live about 2 1/2 hours away from Sacramento, but I'm going to try and get to one of your classes at The Paper Garden!!
I would also be fine with $5 for the calendar. They are wonderful. Thank you for doing these. {{HUGS}}
