Here are the directions for the card:
-Cut 2 pieces of patterned cardstock 5" x 6 1/2"
-One will be the inside, one will be the outside
-Score both at 2 3/4" and 3 3/4"
-on the inner cardstock, using a craft knife/Xacto, cut from scor line to scor line at 2" and at 3"
-glue both card stock pieces together, pattern sides out, having the sliced one as the inner piece
Hard to completely explain in writing. Look at picture for help:)
There you go! Have fun!

Richard write song after excellent song. He periodically sends me song or an album he's done. One, back in '04 or so, was pretty slick indie pop and is something I listen to, still, all the time. Once he sent me a couple of pure electronica tracks and those were pretty amazing too.
