A Muse Artstamps is pleased to be an Angel Company. This means that our stamp designs may be used in handmade projects that are sold for profit with the following stipulations:
- All A Muse Artstamps images are protected by copyright © and may not be mechanically or electronically reproduced in any way, including handmade stamp production.
- © A Muse Artstamps must appear somewhere on the item for sale. We have fun copyright stamps available for purchase. These stamps are the same as our items 2-9004D and 3-9005E but include © A Muse.
- A Muse Artstamps designs may not be used in any advertising or promotion without express written permission from A Muse. Please email us at info@amuseartstamps.com.
- All craftworks must be hand stamped. No other form of reproduction of A Muse images is allowed.
- You may not use any one stamp in more than 50 for-sale pieces of craftwork in any calendar year. We do offer an extended license where you pay a small fee for quantities that exceed quantities of 50 in a calendar year. Please contact us at info@amuseartstamps.com.
- Craftwork must be suitable for all audiences and all ages. You assume all liability for suitability and agree to indemnify A Muse Artstamps and the artist from disputes arising from your work.
All other uses of our stamp designs require written permission from A Muse. Please contact us by email at info@amuseartstamps.com.

We allow you to sell your handmade cards using our stamps with no limits on quantities sold. However, each image must be hand stamped and not produced by any other means. Printing or reproducing our designs in any way other than hand stamping is strictly prohibited. Copying or amending our designs is a breach of copyright.
We have a generous copyright policy and do not take lightly to people abusing it. Legal action will be taken if our copyright is breached. We are happy to reward anyone who informs us of potential copyright breaches.
We do not wish to restrict the use of our stamps to personal use only. We believe that allowing customers, who purchase our stamps and hand stamp each card, to sell their work promotes artistic development and creativity. We also believe our stamps are very reasonably priced therefore anyone wishing to develop a legitimate business in this way has no justification in copying, scanning or otherwise computer printing our designs.
