A Muse 2008 Calendar
proceeds to benefit Scleroderma Research
I created this little calendar a while back and shared it with the A Muse Creative Teams. We've been having lots of fun creating hand-stamped calendars and cards with it. It is sized to work with the A Muse 4.25" square notecards but there are many, many creative possibilities! When mounted to 1/2 an A Muse notecards, it will sit nicely in a CD case - a nice handmade gift!
As some of you may be aware, as a company, we dedicate our philanthropic efforts each year to Scleroderma Research. We have decided to make this nifty little calendar available for a small donation of $3.00 US. All proceeds will go directly to the Scleroderma Research Foundation.
What is Scleroderma?
"Scleroderma, in its severe form, is a life-threatening disease that affects multiple organs in the body and causes them to shut down. It is a chronic and degenerative disorder with no known cause or way to stop its progression. The National Institutes of Health estimates more than 300,000 people in the U.S. alone are living with some form of the disease. This is as large a population as patients with muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis. Scleroderma primarily affects women between the ages of 30 and 50."
