Woohoo! Winners!

I hope that you all enjoyed the holiday weekend.  Our weekend was cut short because of 2 sick girls.  They are feeling better today which is a good thing because it's the FIRST day of School.  We always ride bikes on the first day but it was pouring this morning so we had to drive.  In fact, I had to use the flash on my camera for pictures!!  Holy tomato!

Makenna started Kindergarten today! It's a happy and sad day for us.  Fortunately they give us parents a break-in period and the kindys only go for a half day all week.  Thank goodness!

We'll do the When I Grow Up winner(s) first.  We couldn't just pick one!  Thank you for sharing your stories.  The girls and I enjoyed reading them all - it was very inspiring for them to read your stories! While it is not suprising to see how many of you wanted to be teachers (having a great teacher can be so inspiring!), it was interesting to see how many of you *are* teachers today.
